Bihar after Laloo our former CM has been far better than anyone has expected.Initially it was opined that the Nitish government would require more than 5 years to start any kind of development work,since the level of corruption and backwardness in Bihar was in each and every department and that also from a grass root level. In almost 3 years, the condition of bihar has changed rapidly, good roads, better commutation, a more secure environment, more job opportunities in government sector, start of good educational institutes etc.The rural teachers program has been the best hit among people providing major employment opportunities. All these have been far more significant than ever.people feel satisfied, the poor and unpriviledged have more hope than ever. Though the Railway minister has done GREAT in the Railway sector but in respect of Bihar he has literally done nothing.
