hello friends,
topic is excelent..i totally agree that voting rigts to illetrates is being misused,
though INDIA is a democratic country so right to vote is basic fundamental right of all indians,
n though literacy rate in INDIA is increasing..but still majority of population is illitrate..
I believe that illitrates cant take right decision...
they just see the small or short term benifits that political party gives..during of before election..
And even in villages political parties even lure them by directly paying money to viligers who are illitrates just to vote for them...
I am not denying that they dont have right to vote..ofcourse they too have equal right but they dont know how to use that right...so their right are being directly misused...

there are 120 crores people in our country...
out of which 40 crores are illitrate..
and to stop such a huge number of people from voting is actually like escaping from the basic problems...
no one can deprive them...
everyone has right to select one's leader...!
