Phone tapping should be banned...untill & unless its strictly for security & safety purposes.
It violates a human's right to privacy.The government is intruding almost every aspect of our life...they decide what we are to watch on tv...they decide what books to be published...in name of public welfare...they are deciding what we think,what we see,what we hear & how we live....

i think phone tapping should not be banned completely bcoz we require it in catching criminals...yet there should be strict laws so that any organization or individual doing this can be held accuontable for their actions.......
