yes it is necessary bcoz many animals like mice chimpanze and hare genes is similar to human beings. if we want find out any drugs or medicine effect on human than these animal give same response like human.we can not inject these drugs directly to human.but for our this purpuse v should not use that animals their name is include in red list.
