the topic asks is mba a degree as whole is necessary to succeed in life. we have too look on life of two kind of people who have an mba and others who don't have. we can easily see that management actually comes on people by daily workout , they don't have to study the financial , accounts etc. management is a sole part of human life he/he has to manage everythiog either from a big firm or from daily household keeping. there are people like mahatma gandhi, abraham lincoln, jawaharlal nehru who are dfinitey succesful and a quite awesome management skill possesor as they lead the whole contr without the need of a degree. we can see during this recession period lots of mba degree holder are losing job. so its been quite clear we should posses managemnt skil to be succesful in life rather than a mba degree.

i agree with your thoughts, Mr.shoeb because for every individual successful life it need not be necessary to have an mba degree, but the managerial skill. the really true example is mother, she is an hidden manager, as she has the talent of maintaining each and every thing in its right place.
