In my pt of vw no wrong with this law..as v all know Punishment is term meant 4 those who do bad n harmful acts of others,,if theres no punishmnt ,there 'll be no rectification,,,,more corruption thereupon... so 2 rectify 1s inner qlty and bring fear among other who r gonna commit crime;; pnshmnt is nccsry..BUT in capital punishmnt death penalty is given and it sould continue,,coz,,after commiting such high level of crime man z been regarded as beast with inhumane nature devoid of humane nature...n v all know thers no restriction //prohibition act in killing these harm ful beasts who r threat 2 society n nation no improvement in them will b possible in d long run ...but alternative is life long imprisonmnt...may be implemnted for these socially xcluded animals as v have no ability 2 give life 1..how can v take one's under which right''can be argued by controversalists..in such case v can let them understnd that ..by adopting capital punishmnt..nation will be safe n sound ,,no criminals come 4wrd 2 take such mallicious act.fear will be endangered within us b4 gonna commit big offenses.....
