According to my View, The main Problem of this Unemployment is that, we have so many companies who are offering jobs for Educated people, the people Below Poverty line they Cant Effort their Childs for Studies, this is the main Reasons for Unempoyment, and the Next thing is that , previously there was no Machines and no Computer and no Such Electronic Devices like we have in the present generation, in Past Each and Every person will get Employment in Mills, companies, Etc,.now they have been Euipped with MAchinery, these machinery are doing the work of 100 people at the same time, and the operator of this is only one person, so 99 people are Gone without any job in that Company, so these people are added to those people who are unemployed,....and my friend mentioned about Indian Education System he said that, Education Institution Giving Degree's but not Jobs,...that is also a True but now-a-days the Colleges and Universities are providing Job oppurtunities to the Student through Campus selections.........the main reasons are Not Being a Educated person, and Implementing Machinery in the place of a Human Being,.......thankq

to my view in our country we have a lot of resources.but we don't know how we would utilize that resources so only we are facing the unemployment. in our country education system to be changed with the realtime practical oriented System and all are must to diagnosed what we need to devlop our self. now day we need to improve our Communication skill that's only reduce the unemployment in our country.
