Its really a good topic. In my view everybody should tray to work hard, so that u can achieve ur goal. Also through hard working, some one get the confidence in all aspect.

hai friends, this is a nice topic and in this topic if u deeply observe then u will get more information.suppose if there is a big burden in front of u and u have to do the work with in a day then u have to do the work for ur self then u will complete that work very easily but if u not do the work like that it will become harder and it will not completed for more than two weeks.so, working hardly is not important how affectionately ur doing the work is the matter."NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE BUT U HAVE TO FEEL THAT WORK IS MY WORK THEN IT WILL COMPLETES IN A VERY SIMPLE WAY"

in today's scenario...there is a cut throat competition....only doing hardwork is not enough.....you also hv to work smart along with hardwork...bt you should know where the smart work is required and where the hardwork is necessary..........

SMART WORK FOLLOWS HARD WORK(always), so frdz first work hard thn u 'll get n- number of way to do perticular work i.e smart work....
