Hai, well i think both hardwork and smartwork are equally important.They are like the two legs of a person.It is difficult to walk with one leg.So, dear frendz, I think and beleive that these smartwork and hardwork are the pillars for our success.Ofcourse,we can handle with one,but when they combine the effect and efficeincy of the work will deffinitely be sweet.

I would like to propund my thought with a simple example it is really a needed thing for a rocket to move with a super speed ie hardwork together with its skillful smart movement to reach its destination akin to this it is a indeed for everyone to reach the target of work with the two strategies HARD WORK AND SMART WORK. Obviously these are the two key and eye factors for success

I think no hard work can be done without Smart work. A concept or plan or idea triggers in mind then that idea is nourished with the tremendous hard work. Hence the idea generation is smart work and execution of plan is hard work
