there is only one success mantra that is hard work and positive attitude. for example thomas alva edison was invented the bulb but his childwhood his teachers told his mother that thomas was unfit for studies and he is not a intelligent person but what happens he was the inventer of bulb so as ear i consor the one and anly success mantra is the positive attitude and hard work

you should have desire to do something.if you have any innovative ideas then u should experiment it be,z any person who is success has done it earlier with positive attitude that's why he is sucess today.

well in my Opinion the mantra for sucess is"hard work plus smart work"
i mean to say working harder and harder in life is not enough to suceed in life u have to think smart too,ie work hard but in a smart way,
think smartly and then try to put your 100% ,and also keep the positive attitude always in your life ,sometime u might be lose few small things ,but finally the big things will be yours only,"WOH KEHTA HAIN NA KUCH BHARAH PANE KE LIYA KUCH KONA PARTHA HAI"
losing these small things doesn't means that u are loser,becoz i believe that there is no person in this world who have't misplaced at least once in life to being a big acheiver

well i think that the only way to sucess is hard work, no short cut or easy way, hard work+ belive in my self+ attitude to become sucessful is the only way to becom sucessful.

whats smitha jha said was obselutely correct .key for sucess is undoubtedly hardwork with smartness &also positive thinking was the main thing to acheive sucess.failures may also play important role for sucess becuase from every failure we can rectify ourself a lot.

Well iam writing in for a group discussion for the first time
I agree to most of the above replies that success mantra lies in doing hard work and there are no shortcuts to success i also want to add to it that
success lies in your mind it is you who decide after acheiving something that you are succesful or not
you should have self beleif that is beliving in your own capabilities and continously heading towards a goal then the success on its own will touch your feet

well there is no universal written mantra any where for achieving sucess. It may be drawn that probability of success is higher if there is proper input of hard, smart,intelligent work along with perseverence.

yes i agree with toyaz shekhar, their is no universal written mantra but universal writings will be derived from us only, coming to sucess mantra, one should have self confidence and desire to work then only sucess will come, if both are their then comes to hard work, smart work, if one know hardwork complete grip then he can do smart work and dedication require all this mixture require for sucess.

yaaa sucess comes with hardwork & smart work . but we have 2 plan propolerly & draw some strategies to become successful in certain things. we have 2 analyze the situations by proper understanding . in this way only we can have better chance of success

ALL the views are good but no one told about the communication skills...in todays scenerio every one putting effort but some of them are in right direction and some of them are in wrong direction..... off course u r topper of your college as a result of your hard work.. but at the same time u have to develop other skills like communtication skills one of the greatest tool.... when u dont have such tools than all your positive attitude and confidence, and what says hard work goes waste......so success is multidirectional rather than just limited to above all mentioned qualities.
