FII are now away ahead than the FDI's in India.FII's pump-in huge capital in our country through stock exchanges, which makes our market to be quite liquid.
Hence, people outside India may find it a viable destination to invest into, thereby Indian investors to gain from this market and even to have forex...
Now,as SEBI has banned in excess of investments through the PN's,it makes the Indian market more reliable...

yes FII will enable india to become super power among other countries. As we all know india is a vast market and has become the major destinations for investments due to growth in infrastructure and large scope for development all the investors are getting attracted to invest in india due to its potential of providing heavy returns to the investors i.e (getting the benefit of low cost workers with great potential to work with more dedication as most of the indian freashers are not money concious but all they require experience so they go in for every hard work to get practicle exposure at the lowest salary thus the investors will be much benefitted by it thus attracting more of the investors). this increase in investments will definatelytake our country to the path of superpower economy with lots of developments in different fields, employment oppurtunities and many more, thus increasing the output of the country which will slowly lead our country in becoming the super power economy .

That a great point and i would like add to it that according to me fii 's are the one's that either make or break the financial back bone of a country, currently in india in this year itself fii have invested about 17billion dollars and this is just the beginging after the sebi chief addres the investors which has simply showed the kind of trust indians are puting fiis and fdi's and this growth story will grow since india is a place where foreign companies will find huge english apeaking middle class which are quite qualified and available at low salaries which is a big factor for any investor
