listing is very much important in real life.many company focus in this area regarding recruitment as they want their employee to be a good speaker as well as good listner who like ot analyise the thing before preasting their view.
it can get you job in callcenter,bpo,kpo etc.likewise the people who work in a call center,they first listen the problem of customer then suggest them yhe best possible solution, and this can happens only if you listen them and understand their problem .
not only in job field,it has also importance in marriage life as your marriage goes well if you listen what your partner says and viceversa.
so there is no doubt that listing is as important as speaking.

wat i feel is...listening & speaking r 2 important skills which shud b possesed by every manager.
A manager needs to have good communication skills to put forth his ideas, as well as shud have the patience to listen to his employees as well..
these capabilities wil not only make his dyadic relationship healthier but rise him in his career ladder..
if speaking tests a person's good communication abilities, listening tests the grasping power n understanding abilities of any person.
so we can say, if speaking lets our ideas out, listening helps others ideas "in"..

Listening helps you to get ideas from others and then develop those ideas further and then may be come out with another great idea based on pvs idea.Both listening and speaking are the two basic skills of management at any level.

I think listining is much important than the speaking so the God gave us 2 ears for listining and 1 mouth for speak.So it is very neccessary to listen evry openion of others with patience. if we can do this than we can give the better suggestion on any topic and implement over views successfully.So no doubt that listning is very important.

well,listening is the important part of our life.it generate the question and answer given by the listener or speaker.without listen we can't given the answer . For example-
a recruitment manager have both the skill having listining and speaking. when a manager ask the question to the candidate ,they have a full listening ability to deside that candidate is eligible for that job or not.

listening is an important aspect of the human life along with speaking. As is said "A good listener is a good speaker" , so listening is more important than speaking. Till you don't listen to something you cant adjudge the subject or resolve the issue. And speaking is and after process of listening. For example "A person who is born deaf cant speak , a problem in which the child is labeled as deaf-dumb" ,so we can easily see that listening is more important. As one of us said we have 2 ears and one mouth , i agree with it. first listen then speak.And to test our communication skills speaking is important, to handle responsibilities where reasonable conversation is required we need to be a good speaker. And for a manager both are too important.without one the other is useless.

listening is as important as speaking....as a management student I'll say that a manager has to listen the ideas of his/her co-workers to achieve the team goal.a good manager should have the skill to speak efficiently as well as listen efficiently..he should give the chance to others to speak about the topic..he should not like to be talkative.

only a patient man has the listenig slills.. it is not always necessary tat the other party is going to lik ur plan or your thoughts so u shud first listen n understand the pother persons mind and thoughts and wat they expect from u.. no matter u r in lower post or upper u reqiure good listenin skills as well as good expressing skills to make u work in a team.. and in a team u cant be self centerd by just speaking continously... so listen first n adapt the environment and make the suitable changes the views and then speak...

listening is a part of communication process and thus both are important.Speaking requires lot of tactis as it is said words are mighter then sword, and one wrong line get get you in trouble, whereas listening requires lot of patience and concentration. and that is why only it is said, first listen then analyise and then speak.Listening helps in gaining knowledge and analysing, whereas speaking helps in presenting and pursuading.

because they are the two facet in order to do communication.if one want to speak ,one's also have to speak....there are many reason to listen.....& no reason to listen....even said that if u want feedback on wht u said ,u have to listen..it's a two way process..if u can't take interest in other speaking how can u expect other that they may listen you.It's always advisable that Be a good listener.........because it is the first step of communication....... & this step lead u & play importance in while u r speaking......& who else know a person who hesitate to speak.....listening the other person may start speaking .....& their ideas may take change.......or a revolution.

listening and speaking both are essential in real life....intracting with each other is in human nature and this only created if u speak and listen wat other saying...if u listen then other wil listen u and so that our ideas come out and we can develop this ideas....if we are working in team then we hav to listen others views then we can work together....and can make sum gud results...and if we say sumthing abt any topic its natural that we wil want others feedback... is that wrong or write and if wrong thren why...by this we can correct our view...and thus for developing self its very important to listen...
