pvt ltd off campus recruitment drive. but to my fate i came out after technical. 1. this was usual aptitude r.s.agarwal is enough. it was very easy so that i was able to attend more than 25 questions correctly. 2.after clearing the written i was having a round to write an essay on spot topic. I was given a topic and asked to write an essay on that within 5 min. (not an eliminating round). 3.here comes the important round that eliminated a huge. i.e. GD we were 12 members in a team and out of it 4 were selected. topic: IS INDIAN ECONOMY GROWING OR NOT IS CHINA A THREAT TO INDIAN ECONOMY. TO say about points that add points to me are: 1.i initiated the discussion just by wishing them all the best and asking every one to make equal participation. 2.before going into the GD room i made myself familiar with 4-5 peoples name in my team and mentioned their name while giving replies to their opinion, that added another few points. 3. after the discussion was going on there were people who dint voice their opinions i made a request to those people and asked them too to participate in round. 4.if somebody says that we are deviating from topic if u have valid reasons try to justify that we are not aggravating from topic and make your opinions justified. AT last by god's grace i cleared GD. next was technical in which he (panelist) dint asked me any thing worthy. he asked me about how c program will start compiling? what is a pointer? how to assign a var to pointer var? what happens when main is put last in c? i answered all these correctly he too spoke with me very nicely. but GOK why he rejected me? ok. i dint get dejected because i always rely on "the more times u fail the more strength u get" If anybody happens to go to caritor please post it i would give some valid ideas. out of some thousands they took only 36 ppl that was really painful to people who were rejected in HR.
