We all can see what trade unions have done from the post independence period. Some times they are effective for the workers but in most of the cases the leaders are driven by money and ultimately that leads to the lock out of the company . Workers become jobless and in the middle of a huge uncertainty. The software industry is currently running good and that has helped India to go ahead in the competition. So at this moment there should not be any trade union in this booming industry.
