Government Jobs Interview Questions

I feel that Bush visit to India is an advantage. Bush being a representative of a major power, vesting India opens way to a large noon opportunities to trade, finance and building stronger bonds with America. Bush told that India is my friend this signifies how the visit has affected the relationship. India is a hospitable nation and often supports friendly and peaceful relationship with other nations and India being a developing nation should get good support from other major powers, I feel this visit will help to bring new job opportunities as more American companies will be interested in starting hubs in India in the near future.
Bush visit to India has been significant, as India has realized its long cherished dream of attaining a Nuclear Status. India will benefit in the civilian nuclear programmers with US support. This will also open up markets for new companies and foreign investments, which would help in employment. India shall now have the liberty to develop its military nuclear projects with ample supply of fuel.
On the other, hand this new phase of relationship between India and US may have other consequences in the long run. It sure has its share of obligations that India might be bound with. India may be persuaded to join America's war against terrorism and other such issues, which are of primary interest for US. Out take on war against terrorism is totally different from that of US. We are concerned more with terrorism in Kashmir than the middle east or else where. We cannot be sure of other motives of the bush behind the agreement, which he endorsed after hard bargain, and not to forget the demands of India was termed by Rice as impossible to be met.
Hi All,
Before jumping into the topic, I would like to put on few words about India. India is a democratic country, which has its own mark in the international arena. India has been the victim of terrorism in the past and present. The sore relations between India and its neighbors like Pakistan have added to its woes. The security of the country from others was of utmost importance to India and that was the reason for Pokhran nuclear tests, which was a milestone in being an independent nuclear state. The sanctions by various countries in protest to tests had a good impact on India by strengthening its position and to convince the world that India can stand alone on its foot and show the world its presence in difficult times. Now, the scenario has changed.
India is one of the key players in world's economy. It is playing a greater role in the international arena. The booming economy with world-class infrastructure, education and the rising reserves has shown the world that it can’t be underestimated any more and it can’t be neglected in any sense. Its presence has undoubtedly proven. The recent projections that if Indian economy is any indication, by 2050 India will be second largest economy along with America, China being at the top. Given the case, visits by top personalities like Bush is not a surprise. Now, America has come to terms with India, which initially wanted India to sign NPT now has come to a compromise to have some of our nuclear in civilian purview and others can be developed in our own way for our strategic needs.
Bush's visit just underlines the importance given to India; the same can also be referred when Bush gave a red signal to Pakistan to have a same treaty. His visit does provide mutual benefit with trade and more cordial relations with more visas. Exchange of knowledge in a large way going to give good fruits for both the parties. One more point to note here is the agricultural front. Now the Americans can flood our Indian market with agricultural goods, which don’t have any market outside India, in this case India becomes a dump yard for them. The exchange of knowledge in the scientific grounds has also a trap. America have agreed to accept Indian scientists to move to their place to have meetings and vice versa and students also getting their piece of cake, but America would not be investing even a single dollar in this front. Considering the myth that India would have to do some favors to America in their war against terror, just don’t worry. The terror problem faced by the two countries has altogether different issues and could not be considered under the same umbrella. We have to also consider the fact that India has out rightly denied any third party interference on Kashmir issue. There is a lot that India gains from the stand it has taken while Bush visit. In a long run it would be a mutual benefit for both if one doesn’t come into others internal affairs.

In my opnion Bush's visit to india will be a major benefit to india. Fisrt of all India is a developing country. India needs huge chunk of money for physical infrastruture like roads, telecom, ports, power projects and so on...I think we need somewhere around $500billion for our physical and social infrastructure. Further indian government alone can not meet this demand, so we need foreign funds to fulfill our avaricious demand for better future propects. As we know that america is a powerful and developed country. Making and maintaining a good relationship with america can take india to a new path of development. One good example of this is Indo-US nuclear deal, with this deal we will not only be able to meet our energy demands in coming years but also india will become a major super power by attaining the title as a "Nuclear Nation". Futher we can increase our exports by making india as a manufacturing hub. This is only possible when a lot of american companies will set up their manufacturing facilities in india as we did in software. In conclusion i would say maintain a good relationship with US but be "Cautious" for ulterior motives so that later on we shall not compromise....

India is a booming econmy and the world is taking note of our newly emerged status of a developing nation. This fact is very well supported by the foreign digniteries who are visiting the country on a regular basis.US no doubt is the strongest nation today and is deeply interested in forging ties with our nation which has both the advantages and disadvantages. But if we are cautious in our approach then the guds will far outnuber the bads.
First and foremost India shud not compromise on any of its principals just to be in bgud books of US.I nstead it shud make its stand clear before indulging in a ny relations with the US and the relation betwen the two countries should be symbiotic with equal importance to the interests of both.
No nation can progress in isolation so it is always better to have positive relations with each and evry country.
The visit of Bush will be very positive for India in the long run as it will provide Indians access to a larger market for exporting their guds as well as the way to fulfill the energy requirements. This will surely enhance the socio econmic condition of our nation.
Moreover this visit ascertainds that Indian economy has come of age and in todays growing world India's support is indespensable.

hi,
i think everyone here has put forward one of the most crucial points about trading and business that would increase after this meet or after this N-deal.i somewhere disagree on this bcoz India has always ( even b4 independence) has been a place of interest for different MNCs all over the world. and today the % has increased ( since independence) n the reason behind is the wide market scope which is available for them.yes one thing has definitely came into the picture i.e. the policies have have been reframed bcos of the mutual understanding which india bears with so many countries all over the world.anyways i still agree on the points made by all r friends here that bush 's visit to india will offer us great opportunities in a lot of ways...from being nuclear state or having a good security stand etc.Even after facing so many rigid rules n regulations, MNCs or FIIs have made thier ways to india n will further do so even if thier mother countries do not provide them with the avenues.
