Public should throw plastics in the the proper bins instead of throwing them in drains. The Municipal corporation should also see to the maintainece and cleaning of the drainage systems.Most of the time public expects Municipal corporation to clean the drainage whereas the corporation neglects the issue of cleaning the drains.
