However, banning the Talent shows for children on TV would not be an ideal solution to this problem. The Talent contests could be used to find the capabilities and the interests of children and if they show some promise then proper training in their chosen field can be imparted. This way they would be planning for their career much in advance and would have added benefits. There have been instances where winners of singing competitions have gone on to make their mark in professional singing or being a master of stand up comedy. This way they would be making a justice to their talents and the talent shows provide the necessary platform to exhibit their talent and get noticed by the experienced professionals in those fields who can then guide them in their footsteps to become successful. Thus instead of an outright ban on those talent contests there should be proper guidelines for those Talent shows involving children. Proper care should be taken while voicing the judgment of their performance. If possible the eliminations based on voting could be removed and instead the winner alone might be declared. This would somewhat reduce the pressure of whether or not they are going to survive that particular round. Any show violating these norms should be penalized heavily such that it hinders them from following the same path in future.

YEAH I TOO AGREE here i would also like to tell that talent shows could be a way for children to choose their career and shows that encourage this should see to it that they give proper training in the respective field as well as look at it that these children do not leave their studies because of this.studies is very important for a person for his bright future even if he wants to be a stand up comedian or a singer studies is 1st so its like becoming the best all rounder putting ban on children talent show would not let india know how much talent our children have neither the children themself come to knw wht thy hve in thm this is a step of recognition and realisation that wil help them to decide their future but as i said studies would matter 1st so balancing both would be a gud idea.

first of all i would like to say that the reality show for children do not provide any platform for children. they are doingtheir core business, its all about trends. the current trends is like this that people around the country like to watch children perfrmance. but these will change definately.
i would also like to add this that we are protesting aganist child labour and this is also a kind of child labour. the only difference is that it is mental labour and some other children are doing physical labour. we are only concerned about the physical labour and forget about the mental pressure and labour. just imagine the pressure achild would be builting we the final result is about to declare and what if he/she is not selected.
My friend said in the above discussion that it can help them to find thier career path. this can be true in the case of a child who is working in a garrage. who knows onw he can invent a new machine.
according to the government rule we should avoid child labouring and surely reality shows are also a industry where child are laboured.
i think education is also a kind of child labour but one should not say like this. Becasue governement has added education as one of the five need for living. the other are food, shelter, cloth and medicine.
