Ya i m agree upon that topic that soft skill should given a successive amount of priority over tehcnical but we should also remember that a person only good in soft skills and does not have technical knowledge is of no worth for company whereas a person with only technical knowledge but do not have good communicatio skills is also useless. However soft skills are more important than technical knowledge because a man with only technical knowledge who can not express his knowledge in front of world is obsolete.
