No never how could parliament be a waste of money..india is a secular state of all....evryone has choice to select his favourite candidate and stand for him and reach to parliament..hw can the place where majority of decissions are taken for countries developement and integrity.Parliament houses Lok sabha and rajya sabha are both the places where government moves to positive side of country and opposition parties question them against their policies made and steps taken.If parliament wont be there then where the selected candidate go and what will they do?
