we can't blame the system completly, section of people including govt officials ,politicians ,etc are some reason for backwardness. govt's people friendly decisions and acts can over turn by these groups.and also development occur only with the great co operation of people in the country ...and also the wiil power of the ministers and govt officials,,,, the system itself has some defects and authorities should make necessary changes to the rules and regulations in the country with time base and cnsidering the rapid chnages in the global systems

i completely agree with the point becasue it is our weak political system which allows the politician to do what ever they like. It is the inefficiency of the system that lack to the increase of corruption and poverty. they arewasting money in many nonbenificiary work, instead they must have invested in some other useful work. take the example of mayawati statue which is around 200 crores in terms of cost, it is a waste it the money is of public and it cshould be used in the public welfare.
as this activity is not happening we are laggging behind.

Absolutely not,It's very much due to our great vote-bank politicians who always starve for money, it is considered in Andhra Pradesh that, former C.M Chandra Babu Naidu and late
Y.S.R had got more than 1 Trillion rupees.
Had they got all these due to social service

now the main problem in india is corruption and poverty. poverty is in india because most of our plitician sare corrupted and they have 400lakh crores of black money in swiss and other illegal banks. If that much amount of money comes to india india will become the world's richest country and our gdp will be 10 times larger than that of USA.
For that our govt. has to pass the correct and strong lokpal bill to irradicate corruption.
govt. should pass a bill in which the foreign account holders will loose money and that money sud come to india.
First big names should be hanged then only the people will fear of doing corruption or else no body will rise to the ocasion. So for trhat we need some leaders who are altruistic and unselfish like our freedom fighters and encestors.
