i agree with all u people.It is so good tat every man has his own manner of creativity and analysing ability.but now a days in software industries personally...they don need the individual persons skill and creative thinkings but wat they expect is only REFERRER=ANALYTICAL ABILITY+CREATIVITY+SKILL.(BEFORE JOINING)

creativity means do a task in different way .everyone has ability to do somethig differentlly..its a natural gift by god.......similraly every person have some good skills.....in something special...that's why some one not achive the same thing inspite of many hard work and other person achive that thing very easily..bcoz it he has creative mind....it happens to me always....that's why i give ex. of that.

i think every aspect is linked with the creativity. who will recognize this in correct a way those've creativity. for ex even the uses of a duster can be explained in 20 different ways which we maynot expect. so i agree with we to think in different way of every thing. it creates automatically creativity in us
