As human beings we definitely need feelings such as love, affection, caring.etc etc. But I think only these feeling cannot make man s life perfect. Simply we can say these things are part of life.
I know, on Valentines Day many hearts are going to be....

Well as manohari said Love is part of life. Many people express their love on this day, but I always feel that there neednt be a specific day to express love since when ever our heart feels like expressing u can express of course time n situation do matter. But still
Since it’s a part of life u neednt have to take seriously jus enjoy the moment /...else be sincerely stick/try it again may be their views might be changed and they might also accept it. Right.

Okk in my views valentine day provide opportunities for flower sellers to earn 10 times more.
It give opportunities to SHIV SENA LEADERS demonstrate once in a year to prove they exist.
Well to valentines this day means special to them they get feeling of oneness, buissy husband wives take out time at least once in a year to show there love and affection to there valentines.
This day has great importance in western countries.

THEIR IS NO REASONS WHY ONE SHOULD NOT CELEBRATE THIS DAY, ACCORDING TO MANY PEOPLES LIKE SHIV SENA, BAJRANG DAL PARTY THAT VALENTINE DAY IS DESTROYING OUR CULTURE, BUT THEY MUST KNOW OUR CULTURE IS NOT SO WEAK THAT IT CAN BE DESTROYED BY ACCEPTING WESTERN DAY CELEBRATION, THEY ARE AGAINST LOVE, THEY DID WANT TO SEE A LOVE COUPLE ON THIS DAY, BUT THEY R FORGETTING THAT EVEN THE AADIWASI (TRIBAL PEOPLE) EVEN THEY HAVE A DAY ON WHICH GIRL & BOY SELECT EACH OTHER, AND THEIR PARENTS AGREES TO THEIR FEELING,THEY ALSO SUPPORTS LOVE,SO WHY CANT WE.

According to me every day is day where you can express your love but this will be the special day where you can express your feelings for everyone to your parents, to your friends and to your love and we should appreciate their feelings but not going against them.

Yes love is a part of life. And this is the special day when we can express our feelings and celebrate with our beloved people like parents, friends, and LOVERS.Upto that it’s fine and ok.
Well Apart from that what are the advantages of celebrating this day. Well I have single answer that apart from routine busy life we can enjoy, express our love and celebrate, Which can be done on any other days also like birthdays, marriage days, Anniversarys, etc.
And what are the dis advantages? We are youth and especially Indians, so as responsible Indians we must also think about disadvantages, so just don’t think with a biased mind. I request u to present the advantages and disadvantages of this.

Yes, I too agree that Love is a part of life. And we can celebrate Valentine’s Day but we should not forget our Indian culture. As we are celebrating Mother's day and Teacher's day, in the same way we can celebrate Valentine's Day. Apart from our busy life we can at least enjoy this day with our parents or friends or lover who ever it might be.
But one should not take the advantage of this day. You should not do any such things which makes your parents let down. Express your love and make your partner a Happiest person in the world.

As some of our friends said that love is the part of our life I to agree with that point but now a day I had never seen the true loves between people. Especially the young people think it as passion and some people do it for time pass and one more obstacle in love is that if they are the true lovers there will be some problems with their families. Dont estimate love with money its great.
My message to lovers is that love is not just for enjoying but it is also a part of responsibility in your life.

I am a staunch oppose of Valentines Day as we have borrowed the concept from the foreigners. I don’t think there should be anything like Valentines Day. It is just waste of our time and resources.
Moreover, if u wants to express love to ur mate u don’t need a particular day for that!!! U can do it whenever u wants.

As mS4u told definitely it’s a borrowed conept, it’s only a way to enjoy .it also ruining our Indian culture. And I feel that to share our love there is not a specific day at every instant we can celebrate our true feelings that leach from bottom of our heart, to anyone. Why we don’t celebrate RADHA-Krishna’s day instead of Valentine’s Day? And commercially sale price of roses n gifts increases.
But frnds, now we have adapted a lot of things from western culture so now why we r neglecting this V'day its a modern culture to enjoy and 2 understand each other .it also based on Krishna’s era which gives the message of love to all human beings.
Some date shd for one celebration in life...because of so much... workload .I feel that its not only a day 4 lovers its 4 all. We can share our feelings to any body without any fear. And a rose can do those miracles which r cant by words.

Really a nice topic to discuss...well valentines day is a day to think y it is when am watching TV.coz many ppls again sting this day they just need to do something different so they did. So leave that ppls.valentines day is a day to share the feelings if we are really a busiest ppls.coz care and love it not able to tell cum out from my heart and wish to the partner as am love u...love is will cum anytime any secs when he/she really needs the person caring according to the age. LUV is not for only to lovers its for all child baby to grandparents also to my cute and sweet dogs.ok but this day its just to remind someone will expecting for our love/care so we spend time to that persons truly and hearty...
