It creates employment opportunities to that country people
It also has investment options these are some of them
Similarly it also has disadvantages like

There are major disadvantages with Globalization. We should look into the problem on the whole. Poor people will be always poor. Illiterate will be neglected.
For Indians it is never good.
Let us go with the software industry how people are getting paid with the globalized standards of indian or any software company.
Survival becomes difficult with pay packages. Commodities will have major problem. Atleast now we are gaining with exports that won't happen if we have Globalization funda. Whole market under one roof, then we will fall in pit.

as per as i concerns that now we r more aware of global market....
this thing u may have realised from the indian stock market....
so your view that whole market under one roof and we are illiterate so we may fall in the pit
is not true...
globalisation has revolutionized whole the world(including all the devolping countries) so we can not say that it has create a dig for us....
u should focused on both side....

Well globalisation has given us the license of 'global citizenship' with wide reach and accessibility world wide..
In developing economies such as India , it helped us to channalise our resources to a productive mode, harnessing greater profits and economic progress.
As nothing comes with perfection, gloabalisation too has it disadvantages. Primarily, interdependance of economies, brain drain, outflow of foreign exchange and many more make this a term of threat for growing economies.(refer to SUJI for detailed disadvantages as they are put foward in a very crisp manner. great job suji.)
but the popularity of the trend of globalisation is due to its advantages. from making a world economy, global communication and capital movements, global harmony and protection to global trade, it has its influence in a big way..

The discussion are going well.Great job Suji for express'g ur views on Globalisation, thx. But on my point of view Globalization has made drastic change in our Indian culture which firmly believed in spirituality ,there by declining our moral values a lot when experiencing in real world situation. So needs to think on more wide areas....

yap i am appricieate that but what happen in the un developed country they have loss their some compny like small industry are not developed because the outer richer big compny are established then the value of the small company defenately decrise so these r the great disadvantage
If we talk abt the advantage it's more it help to improve the evonomy of the country and it affect each and every people of the world there is a hub of employment in all over the world
we can search job in any where of the Globe

My views to this excellent debate:
“Globalization” has its own values on every individual country depending upon their economic situations.
Probably for economically developed countries, it’s a great opportunity for them to play in world arena in terms of their Economic Strategies, Expansion of their presence worldwide, etc.
But, for developing nations it is not simply adapting cultures, it is a boon for them to uplift their nation towards the economic development path by adapting various principles and positive strategic procedures from various global economies.
This adaption can eradicate evils like illiteracy, poverty etc and bring in a great uplift to their nations as to their citizens.

globalization has shortened the distances,it has improved d tehnology, increased d productivity,hz led to d growth of cross-cultural contacts;increased competition among d countries n much more..besides this it has affected us by arising conditions like brain drain, causing ecological disbalnce,it hz been responsible for spreading of infectious diseases, global drug trade, unemployment, social degeneration, some cultures are getting lost.....so v cn say evrything hz two sides same wid globaliztion though it is need of this ty, bt v need to control its bad impacts....

globalisation has both positive as well as negative impact on our economy.. if we talk abt its positive impact or u can call them as advantages den dre are number of them.. like globalisation has helped in the expansion of market. it has permitted indian business to expand its units in the whole world.. now mncs have no national boundaries.. second positive impact that dre have been a lot of technological advancements.. globalisation has enabled the inflow of foreign technology.. dre has been brand development.. not only durable goods are branded bt products like juices, snacks, foodgrains are also branded.. brand dev has led to quality development.. den with globalisation we have got reduction in brain drain cz most mncs have set up dre organisations and r proviiding attractive pay pack with congenial environment..also dre has been tremendous change in std of living of the people cz quality products r avlble at reasonable prices..
now talking abt disadvtges firstly dre has been a high loss to domestic industries.. cz foreingn competion has risen in indian and indian compnies have to compete with them.. also dre has been unemployment cz of the fact dat forngn comp use cpital intensive technology, there has been exploitation of labour, another disadv is dominance of foreign instituions...
