Government Jobs Interview Questions

Yeah vision ur vision is correct. I agree wid u. Their contribution to the nation is less, But its depends on their respect towards the nation. So as Indians we should admire the whole cricket team bcoz they represent our country as the best by their best performance. This should not exceed the limits by considering them as Heros. What ever it may be their contribution to the nation refers to their personnel area. But our topic here is cricket should be banned or not? Right.
I agree with Keerthi and Vision. Today other sports are not given much preference compared to Cricket. If you ask a teenager which is the national game of INDIA, he/she will answer it is Cricket. The Cricket game has influenced the minds of all Indians.so much that many of them cannot live with out. Few days back we had a discussion that "India is forgetting its Culture “. I think we are encouraging cricket so much that we are forgetting that it is not our game. It is the favorite game of Britishers who ruled us for more than 200 years.they have injected the game in to INDIA, I think following Cricket, we are forgetting our culture. As an Indian we should focus on ancient games such as Kabaddi, Horse races, Kusti, Chess etc. We should encourage our national game Hockey by making it as part of every body’s education.
Let me make it clear that now a days Tennis has got some craze in India because of Sania Mirza But I think it would have been different scenario If it was a " HE “. Only thing I noticed is that the craze for tennis is ONLY because of " SHE “.
Hi,
Banning a sport is not the solution for encouraging other sports, only thing is that every sport should be given preference according to its stature, I would say that Govt should provide aid to those games which are not came into limelight, instead of concentrating on games like cricket, even if govt doesn't care about cricket in providing funds for them, many sponsors are ready to sponsor them, only thing is that govt should take initiative steps to develop less popular games.
Even I want to say that, any particular sport is not popular with any particular gender as our friend "Binny said ,I think it would have been different scenario If it were a " HE " . Only thing I noticed is that the craze for tennis is ONLY because of " SHE (sania mirza) " " .
so I ultimately say that banning of cricket is not the solution for encouraging other sports.
yeah, I agree with all of u, banning of cricket is not at all the solution for diverting interests of youngsters on to other games, they themselves should be inspired of some great players in other fields, just like sania mirza as some of u told...
In my view cricket shows the best example for work done in unity by all the teammembers, this the quality every one should develop, and many more things can be learnt by such games...
so my conclusion is banning is not the solution...
No cricket should not be banned. We can see a good team effort in cricket, which motivates the youngsters a lot. For Indians cricket is like a religion and this increases the union of our country. I can't accept that banning of cricket will redirect the people to concentrate on other games.

well as far as cricket is concern its a heart of our country....well every person is factinated by cricket it is a game which is play on the grass and in front of thousands of people..It is really a previlage game to be played. Well not only the youngsters can play cricket but also the people who crosses the age of 30 to 35 can play cricket...It is a game played by both boys and girls, not only boys but also girls are interested in playin cricket..and if we bann cricket for which game our country will play..first a fall our country is still a developin country so atleast we should perform good in cricket.. In order to win the world cup or in order to win the matches we need to improve our battin performance and bowlin performance we should select youngsters in our cricket so that they will put their best for the game...so finally i would like to conclude that cricket shouldn't be bann it should be played for ever and ever... thank u

banning a particular sport in order to give others an advanatge can never be a plausible solution as it undermines the very essennce of a sport which is not only to provide joy and enthusiam to people but aslo be a an extentsion of every individual's dreams or aspirations. Who can ignore the vicarious sensation of having hit a six or scored a goal when his/her team is doing well. aNY SPORTING EVENT has the capacity to lift the spirits of 1000's of fans even when they might be going through a traumatic period in their personal lifes.
As far as the popularity of cricket is concerned a number of factors go into it .

Cricket should not be banned. Instead the level of importance given to it shoild also be given to other sports. It's not the only sports we ve got. we also have hockey, basket ball, throw ball, kabbadi, etc etc...only wen adequate training is given to these sports they can come up in their way..now the sports authority is giving more of importance ony to cricket which spoils or rather can say it avoids the other games to come up..
On one hand they give so much of importance to cricket. what happens on the other side? they get head weight. Rather than playing it with full dedication they just play for name sake of money..and lose the game.. After this they select one gud player for the sake of branding a product and pay them such a huge amount for their service of being advertised.. Instead if they use that money for the upliftment of the other games, they too gain importance and we can show that INDIA is gud in other games too..

helo,
In my view banning crkt is not the solution to problem. The solution to problem is to aware people about other game. and also there is a seperate board for crkt but there is no such board for other games. and also there is lack of money. our govt don't invest mony in such games and our manister also don't take interest in aal these they even don't know the names of the players which are playing for aur country do to which our players are demotivated and they also lose their interest in game. our BCCI is the 2nd financially strong board after ICCI . BCCI invest mony on players and also provide high quality stadium and kits to players .
so in my openion is not to bann crkt....and make aware people towards other games....
thnx...

Cricket is the most popular game and so it should not be banned . I think the reason behind the less popularity to oher sports is only because of media. Have you ever seen a hocky player or a football player on a huge screen of news? i don't remember. So alongwith cricket other sports also should be promoted by media.
