Any Customer query or call to Airtel Customer Service by phone/SMS by the customer is recorded in system. A CSR contacts customer for the said customer query, provides the solution. Solution provided to the customer is recorded in (database). ICE Application picks Sampling data from database using some pre-defined rules for all closed types in a said frequency (Currently its after every 1 hr).SMS is sent to the customer from a particular SMSs asking for the feedback on solution provided. Customer provides the feedback to the same SMSc code. Current application framework requires re-engineering and redesign as the load on the current Server is high leading to performance bottlenecks.
