Project Project Title PC/MC Based Parameter Monitoring and Controlling Using RS-232 Link Description In our project micro controller is interfaced with ADC and reads different parameters like, voltage and current. The data is transmitted to PC for monitoring purpose. The PC will compare the data with the set limits and sends back control signals to micro controller. After getting the feedback, it controls the output. This system consists of micro controller, signal conditioner, ADC, RS232 link with PC. Signal conditioner is used for interfacing the analog signals to ADC. Potential transformer is used to measure the voltage; current transformer is used to measure the current, for examples and also we can interface temperature, pressure, load, resistance etc. If voltage or current is exceeds than required one than automatically trip the connection through contactor. Contactor is nothing but relay it is connect to the micro controller.
