1. Keep work in perspective - leave work on time.
2. Change a routine task - develop a new process. Instead of handling your e-mails as you get them, set aside specific times during the day to respond.
Choose to be Happy
Happiness is a choice. You can choose to be happy.
Make Time for Yourself
Too many things to do? Not enough time? Stop. You need a break. Now. At a minimum take a minute, and do "nothing"
Imagine finally taking off seven coats youíve been wearing on top of each other for years and years. You've forgotten that some people consciously choose to live without seven layers of coats on even though most people are living that way.
Your life is a mess!
Your business is going nowhere!
Your house looks like a tornado hit it!
Purpose. What is purpose? Drinking coffee when you wake up and making a habit of drinking coffee only when you wake up? No. Trying to drink coffee when it’s hot and trying conscientiously to make it a habit to swallow it hot? No.
Back when I was in grammar school, every once and awhile I would meet up with a girl my age and talk. Lisa never was around much, but she was always very sweet and nice. In 5th grade she was assigned to my class.
If you don’t know who you are and why you think and act the way you do, it’s gonna be really difficult to make any positive changes in your life. Take a look first at your parents and close family members.
