    Embrace Change

    • We all have a unique way of communicating our story, a way that reflects our life experience. The photographer uses a camera, the artist a brush, and the musician a melody or rhythm. But as the years go by our story changes.

    Enhancing Life for a Lifetime

    • Do you often feel lonely, anxious, or even depressed? Is a mid-life or quarter-life crisis threatening your confidence, self-esteem and well-being? Do you yearn for practical advice on enhancing, balancing and bringing new joy to your personal and professional life?

    • Fitting an education into a busy lifestyle

      Many people have aspirations to get an education for many reasons. Better jobs, more money and social recognition are some of the more predominant explanations.

    There’s a famous song lyric that asks: “Is that all there is?” Every seven seconds, an American turns 50 years old. So there’s a good chance that song is running through some of their heads.

    The question captures the ennui that many people feel in mid-life. T

    • Affirmation technique has been used by many successful people for centuries. It has helped many ordinary people achieved extraordinary results in their lives. It has turned many failures into successes. It has made many miracles in the history of human revolution.

    • That strange, gut-wrenching feeling you have is not the sushi you had for lunch. It's your soul trying to give you a nudge to do something. A word for that feeling is "discontent." Discontent is a state of not being satisfied or fulfilled in your current situation.

    • Remember when you were 15? Can you recall some of the dreams you had then? How many have you accomplished?

      My reflection on that is what attracted me so strongly to the story of John Goddard, of whom the LA Times called, "The real life Indiana Jones," and one of his expeditions, "the most amazing adventure of this generation."



    Hard to Change?

    How many times in the past have you tried to change something about you?

    Have you read an article discussing the benefits of time management and made a promise to your Self to follow the steps? Or, maybe the last seminar or teleclass you attended had some great ideas for changing your financial standing

    • Early one morning, Robert awoke, made his wife of 41 years some banana bread, took out the garbage and called to cancel a doctors appointment scheduled for the next day. He wrote a note to remind his wife to pick up the dry cleaning. All things considered, it seemed like a normal day.
